The National Institute of Emergency Medicine has set up an investigation team

The National Institute of Emergency Medicine has set up an investigation team to take action against the Phetkasem Foundation for violating the law by providing first aid and transporting patients without permission. They are preparing to coordinate with the Erawan Center to order them to cease their duties in Bangkok.
Today (6 January 2025), legal officers from the National Institute of Emergency Medicine (NIEM) gathered information and questioned witnesses at the scene to compile the case and set up an investigation committee after receiving a complaint from a relative of an emergency patient that on 28 December 2024, they called 1669 for help, which assessed that an advanced ambulance would be needed to provide care. However, a rescue volunteer from a foundation went to assess the symptoms and transport the patient to the wrong hospital, causing the patient to receive treatment late. สล็อต
